Welliver is proud to announce and welcome Max Venuti, LEED AP, as the company’s Vice President, Business Development & Construction Services. Venuti returns to the Southern Tier with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.

He will lead strategic initiatives for sales and client outreach, drive revenue, and work closely with the partners to increase our presence across current market sectors and explore opportunities in additional project segments. Venuti is an accomplished construction professional with extensive knowledge of preconstruction, project development, and management.

“Max is a great addition to the Welliver team and brings a wealth of knowledge about the construction industry ranging from business development and preconstruction through project close-out,” said Anne Welliver-Hartsing, President. “He is client focused and understands how to provide the best product for both existing and potential customers.”

Venuti joins Welliver after 15 years with Edifice, Inc. where he served as Vice President, Preconstruction. During his tenure at Edifice, Venuti led the preconstruction division and directed sales and business development efforts for projects ranging from complex multi-faceted structures to interior renovations.

Previously, Venuti was Director of Preconstruction for Welliver McGuire Inc. in their Harrisburg, NC office. During that time, he transferred to Welliver’s corporate office in Montour Falls, NY as Vice President, Construction Management.

“Coming home to the Southern Tier and rejoining the Welliver team was an easy decision,” said Mr. Venuti. “I look forward to collaborating with some of the very best construction professionals in the industry, share my experience and guide clients to achieve successful projects, and construct buildings that continue to stand the test of time.”
