Welliver hires Frank Maury as Project Manager

Welliver is pleased to welcome Frank Maury, PE as Project Manager.

Hitting the ground running, Mr. Maury is working on a 231,000 square foot affordable housing, conference center, and parking lot expansion project in Ithaca, New York. An accomplished construction professional, he works with project stakeholders and trades to ensure the desired end product is delivered to his clients.

“We are thrilled Frank is joining our team. He is bringing very relevant experience managing projects that are similar in nature to Welliver’s core business,” said Anne Welliver-Hartsing, President. “Frank’s industry knowledge, approach to managing interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with subcontractors, and incredible work ethic will be a true asset to the company as well as any project team.”

Prior to joining Welliver, Mr. Maury served as Project Manager for M.A. Mortenson Company, a Wisconsin based general contractor that performs construction, development, and design-build services for a variety of projects in the corporate, data center, performing arts, health care, hospitality, manufacturing, public, and retail industries. During his tenure at M.A. Mortenson, Mr. Maury managed multi-million-dollar projects for several market sectors.

“Coming from a large contractor in the Mid-West, Frank brings a different perspective that helps build diversity of thought and approach to the building process,” said Nick Robertson, Project Executive. “We are excited to have him join our Welliver team and continue to add to a great group of professionals.”

“Having made the decision to relocate to the Southern Tier, I looked at many opportunities,” said Mr. Maury. “Welliver’s reputation for quality and trust, in addition to the significant impact the company has on the surrounding community, made Welliver a natural fit for me.” A graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Mr. Maury is a licensed professional engineer.
