It all started during those childhood drives with her father to construction job sites. Stories about the building’s history, the people, the feeling of accomplishment in seeing the finished structure, and the lasting impact the projects have on its communities continue to be a reminder to Anne as to why she is in this business. For Anne, the company is doing more than erecting buildings. It is helping clients grow by constructing their vision into reality, and becomes more meaningful when you can see them succeed.
Representing the fifth generation of Wellivers, Anne began her career with the company in the accounting department before becoming a Partner in 2009 and promoted to Vice President in 2010. During that time, she was responsible for maintaining the financial health and growth of the organization. Named President in 2017, Anne is instrumental in implementing the company’s strategic plan and leading the company forward. She brings significant experience in finance and operations as well as a deep knowledge of the construction industry. Her focus is to drive profitable growth and achieve operations excellence, all while maintaining the company’s character and identity. One of the reasons Welliver has excelled over the years is the culture and values as a company. Anne continues to champion these workplace qualities where the people drive its success.
A graduate of St. John Fisher College, Anne is an accomplished executive with a strong commitment to community. She is active in organizations including the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce, Elmira Country Club, and Three Rivers Development Corporation.
