Bidding, Buy-Out, and Cash Flow Management

Building Condition Surveys (BCS)
The New York State Education Department (NYSED) requires all public school districts and Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) in New York to complete a BCS for occupied public school buildings every five years to properly plan and prioritize capital improvement projects. New York State refers to the BCS when planning for building aid reimbursement to school districts.
