Brian knows the bid market. He brings more than 30 years of construction experience, an extensive cost database, and current bid market trends to every pre-construction estimate and competitive project bid. Leveraging decades of knowledge, Brian brings a sharp focus and applies his skills as an estimator and project manager for clients representing a range of industries. This broad experience has afforded Brian opportunities to establish strong professional relationships with the sub-contractor community across markets in New York State and Northern Pennsylvania.

Brian’s motivation on each project is the collaboration process and interaction between the owner/client and design team. Every project brings a different set of expectations that have to be met. To be successful, Brian stays flexible and adaptable to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and that his estimating process is unrushed, consistent, and managed in a manner to provide appropriate pricing.
