John Fritz – Project Executive

Leveraging long-term professional relationships with his clients, John brings significant experience and expertise in construction, project management, cost management, field engineering, project controls, and management leadership. For John, every day on the job site presents a unique experience. Issues surrounding the project, equipment, and construction details are all opportunities where he can deliver creative solutions that will help clients meet their goals both from a business standpoint and from regulatory expectations. At the end of the day, what motivates John is turning a vision into reality.

Ben Robertson – Project Executive

Ben understands and implements collaborative communication among all stakeholders and has consistently managed projects challenged by the requirements of multiple funding sources, schedules, and high expectations of varied end-users. Prepared to be a problem solver, Ben’s management style is to assess the situation, address the issue, and recommend the best course of action. For Ben, all construction is a team effort and works hard to ensure everyone is on the same page to secure a successful project. 

Dan Traina, EIT – Chief Estimator

Dan brings an impressive background in engineering and design, which he draws from when performing cost analyses, unit pricing, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Experienced working with numerous state-of-the-art technical software programs, Dan provides accurate and realistic project estimation, a proven value to his client’s decision-making process. Dan has been involved with the execution and delivery of estimating services for a substantial number of highly complex and significant projects. This broad experience has afforded Dan opportunities to establish strong professional relationships with the sub-contractor community across markets in New York State and Northern Pennsylvania.

Brandon Weiland – Project Manager

Brandon learned early on that strong organizational muscle and instinct to adapt is key to keeping a project on track as well as establishing credibility with his clients. Every project has its own unique challenges, programs, and systems. Brandon makes it a priority to learn the difference and apply his knowledge to make things happen. He approaches each project with a proactive attitude, ready to recognize any issue, and customize the right solution that will meet the client’s needs. His organizational skills, clear communication style, technology proficiency, and ability to mitigate job site issues make him a vital part of the construction process.
