Welliver managed the complete renovation of a vacated retail shopping center into a comprehensive family medical practice building. The project included complex mechanical system retrofits compliant with Life Safety Codes. Intricate coordination was necessary to install the new mechanical systems, while separating existing systems from the remaining retail stores without effecting daily business.
The new, expanded Wellsboro regional office features lab and radiology services, reception/waiting area, examination rooms and offices, as well as space for visiting specialists. To increase patient convenience, ancillary services such as chemotherapy and imaging were also made available on-site.
