Welliver provided construction management services for this 100,000 square-foot apartment and condominium campus. Gunn Hill features multiple sizes of condominium-style space as well as lounge/recreation areas, main office, laundry facilities, and areas for maintenance and storage.
Our team successfully constructed the apartment building and condominiums on the edge of a rock cliff, using unusual architectural features. This project required drilling of special caissons into a rock ledge in order to establish a solid foundation. We maintained and succeeded a fast-track schedule delivering this project in time to house students, college staff, and professionals.
